This position is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the timely and accurate accounting, financial reporting, analysis and compliance for AmTrust Financial Services, with a focus on Statutory entities. Responsibilities include driving efficiency and consistency in the quarterly close process, including accounting policy, financial reporting / statutory filings, improvement of internal controls and analysis/understanding of financial results. This position reports directly to the SVP - Global Controller & Chief Accounting Officer and will have direct oversight of a team of approximately 20+ individuals, as well as working closely with the various entity controllers and key senior financial leaders across the organization. The salary range for this role is $250K - $275K per year. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Jersey City, New Jersey. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
