Installation Project Manager

Job Summary:

Coordinate the activities of service representatives, sales representatives, clinical educators, outside services, and vendors through the installation of large Patient Monitoring orders. Serve as a point of contact for hospitals to relay issues and questions to the appropriate marketing, clinical, service, quality, or engineering teams. Conduct ongoing status meetings with customers and internal depts. to ensure project timelines and deliverables

Position Specifications:

Essential Functions:

  • Manage multiple installs in order to maintain schedule, product features/upgrades, and quality commitments for customers.
  • Develop project and scheduling plans for hardware, product, software installation, and training.
  • Ensure clear communication between customers and Mindray resources
  • Provide management with project status reports.
  • Work with Clinical and Field Service leadership for installation and go-live schedules with go/no-a expectations.

Knowledge/Educational Requirement

  • BS degree
  • Certification in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of project management experience preferably in a HealthCare environment
  • At least 3 years of experience interacting with external customers

Physical Demand/Work Environment

  • Domestic travel is required in order to visit customers and vendors, approximately 20-30%.
  • Required to manage multiple activities at the same time
