About Team:
The applicant will be responsible for maintaining Windows Server/Virtual Infrastructure availability, Systems with the review and suggest changes to the application installation/ configuration to the operating system, and hardware. Position responsibilities include all aspects of Server/Infrastructure management and support in a dynamic production environment tracking to customer service level agreements. Key areas of service delivery include managing the environment for high availability and performance requiring precise execution of systems installations, upgrades, on-going administration and problem resolution.

* Must have 10 - 12 years' experience in working with Windows Infrastructure
* Team management/people management (direct reports)
* Extensive experience in a 7x24 high availability environment
* Effective problem solving skills - must be able to work with client management, peers and customers as necessary to resolve issues
* Continuous improvement focus to continually review clients' Infrastructure with a standing goal of improving upon existing operations.
* Possess a technical background with an ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams (server administrators, storage administrators, client application developers, etc).
* Possess a good functional understanding of MS Windows Server
