About the role:
A Recruiting Intern at Jerry plays the most important role within our company - building, growing and shaping the future of our organization. This role is ideal for someone interested in a career at the intersection between psychology and investigative journalism. Here, you will learn how to conduct qualitative research, design evaluative processes, negotiate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and become an expert interviewer to effectively match the right people with the right career opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate applicants across multiple teams including product, design, finance, creative, marketing, HR, business development, sales, and/or operations
Develop strategic keywords to query internal and external databases for best fit applicants
Interview top talent to bring onto our teams
Manage candidates through pipelines to ensure a seamless experience
Make recommendations about our current recruitment and onboarding processes to improve efficiency and overall candidate experience
Nurture relationships with passive talent through innovative and creative outreach campaigns
Collaborate with leaders on miscellaneous recruitment projects to support our changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting or related field (internships/co-ops/school projects)
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related social sciences
