The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is eager to learn, is willing to put in the effort, and is interested in learning about the signage/branding industry. We are willing to train; no experience necessary. As this is a part-time position hours are flexible. We are willing to work around personal schedules. Potential transition to full-time is also a possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to accounting team: Data entry, transaction processing, report preparation, filing, etc.
• Record deposits: Enter A/R receipts and produce deposit reports
• A/R collections: Communicate with customers regarding past due invoices and generate collection reports
• Billing review: Audit invoices and compile error reports
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Detail-orientated with strong attention for accuracy
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Understanding of basic accounting principals helpful but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & Quick Books helpful but not required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Honest, ethical individual who respects sensitive financial information
